Brewed: December 24, 2010 Bottled: March 4, 2011
Big B's apple juice was on sale, so we put some in the freezer.
Yeast was prestarted with clover honey and agave nectar.
The mostly thawed apple juice was warmed before it poured into a 3 gallon carboy. Pitched yeast, stirred and stored with a blow off tube.
Blow-off tube swapped for bubblelock February 3, 2011.
March 4, 2011 - Racked before bottling.
