U2M - Second Cider

Brewed: October 10, 1996   Bottled: January 9, 1997

It was a good year for apples, so we made another hard apple cider.

Ingredients:

• 5 gallons apple juice - a variety of apples pressed by Dick Dunn

Put into carboy with a blow off tube.

January 9, 1997 - Bottled, still.
