This is a very simple three gallon batch, made with Big B's Ginger Apple Cooler and orange blossom honey.
The White Labs Yeast comes in a solution. Just shake and pitch.
Started the honey heating in water. Heated to 140F and kept hot for 10 minutes. Poured in cold apple cooler and stirred. Poured must into in carboy. Added water. Pitched yeast and topped off carboy with more water.
November 20, 2008 - Brewed
February 6, 2009 - Racked
October 16, 2009 - boiled corn sugar in water, racked into bucket w/ sugar solution, stirred and bottled.
