Yeast notes. 5 g EC-1118 Lalvin yeast. Rehydrated and pitched at brew time.
October 31, 2021. Dick started this without me, although we talked about it. I only helped starting with the first racking. I was inbetween cataract surgeries and not driving. Juice is a blend of considerable Haralson and Westfield S-N-F, some Geneva Tremlett and Blenheim Orange, and bits of others. Honey is 'raw clover' from Colorado Honey Company in Loveland, said to be from Colorado yellow sweet clover. Gr 1.096

December 16, 2021 - rack to carboy. Reasonably clean racking but still fermenting and only barely starting to clear.
Late February, 2022 - Gr. 1.001
March 11, 2022 - Racked carboy to carboy. Gr 1.001
March 22, 2022 - Racked to keg. Gr 1.000
March 29, 2022 - Bottled. Estimated 13% alcohol. Very good.
