Big B's apple juice was on sale, so we put some in the freezer.
Ingredients:
Yeast was prestarted with clover honey and agave nectar.
December 24, 2010 - The previously frozen, mostly thawed, apple juice was warmed before it poured into a 3 gallon carboy. Pitched yeast, stirred and stored with a blow off tube.
Blow-off tube swapped for bubblelock February 3, 2011.
March 4, 2011 - Racked before bottling.
